Why Prospera

What Sets Our Approach Apart

Workplace-First Design

Every session is built around real workplace scenarios — not abstract theory — so staff connect what they learn to their daily lives.

HR-Ready Resources

All materials — slide decks, workbooks, facilitator guides — are formatted for HR teams to own, distribute, and present internally.

Locally Contextualised

Content uses Malaysian examples — EPF, PTPTN, ringgit-denominated planning — so the material feels relevant and actionable from the start.

Inclusive Delivery Format

Sessions are designed to be accessible regardless of staff seniority or background, with a respectful tone that encourages open participation.

Scalable Programme Structure

Whether you run a pilot session for one team or a multi-division curriculum, the format scales without significant extra coordination from HR.

Attendance Certificates

Enterprise engagements include certificates of attendance — a recognised element of employee development and wellbeing reporting.

Is Your Organisation's Wellbeing Programme Missing the Money Conversation?

A large share of workplace stress is connected to financial uncertainty. Prospera gives HR teams a straightforward way to address that — without the complexity of designing it from scratch.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of organisations typically use Prospera programmes?

Our programmes are used by HR and People teams at Malaysian SMEs, larger corporates, and GLCs that want to include financial wellness as part of their staff wellbeing offering. Both local and multinational companies have enquired about our packages.

Can sessions be delivered online, or only in-person?

All three programme options support both on-site and virtual delivery. For distributed or hybrid teams, online sessions work just as effectively, and we provide the same materials regardless of the format.

How long does a Lunch-and-Learn session run?

A standard Lunch-and-Learn runs between 60 and 90 minutes, which fits a typical lunch break. The session includes a short Q&A and participants leave with a workbook they can reference afterwards.

What content is covered in the workshops?

Topics include everyday budgeting, building savings habits, managing debt sensibly, understanding EPF and Socso basics, and thinking about longer-term goals. Content is framed as general education rather than personal financial advice.

Does the Enterprise Advisory include certificates for participants?

Yes — the Enterprise Wellness Advisory engagement includes certificates of attendance for each participant. These can be useful for staff development records and internal wellbeing programme reporting.

Can the programme be customised for a specific industry or company culture?

For the Workplace Programme Membership and Enterprise Advisory tiers, we discuss your organisation's context and adjust examples and delivery emphasis accordingly. The Lunch-and-Learn is a standard format but can incorporate your company branding on materials.

How is the pricing structured — is it per person or per session?

Pricing is per session or per engagement, not per head. The Lunch-and-Learn is RM 600 per session, the Workplace Programme Membership is RM 1,900, and the Enterprise Advisory is RM 4,600. There is no per-participant fee, which makes it straightforward to budget for larger teams.
