Three Programmes. One Clear Purpose.
Prospera's offerings are scoped to match different levels of HR investment — from a single introductory session to a fully designed staff money-literacy curriculum with certificates.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
Every Prospera programme is built around a single principle: financial education is most effective when it feels relevant and non-threatening. That shapes everything — from the way facilitators open sessions, to the examples used in workbooks, to how HR teams are supported before and after delivery.
We begin each engagement with an alignment conversation to understand your organisation's workforce profile, existing wellbeing initiatives, and what success looks like for HR. From there, we scope the programme, confirm logistics, and prepare all materials to a standard that HR can use and archive independently.
Post-session, we provide structured feedback data to the HR contact, giving your team something concrete to present internally when measuring the impact of the wellbeing programme.

Programme Standards and Protocols
Privacy-First Delivery
No participant is required to share personal financial details. All sessions are general education, fully PDPA-compliant for HR data handling.
No Unlicensed Advice
Content stays within general financial education. No investment guidance, no regulated advice, and no product sales at any point in any session.
Annual Content Review
All workshop materials are updated annually to reflect changes in EPF contribution rates, Bank Negara guidance, and relevant Malaysian financial regulation.
Malaysian Context Throughout
Every example, figure, and reference is localised to Malaysia — no imported frameworks or currency conversions that break the participant's engagement.
Post-Session Feedback
Every engagement concludes with a structured participant feedback process. Results are summarised and shared with the HR contact.
On-Site and Virtual Parity
Virtual delivery uses the same materials and facilitation approach as on-site. Hybrid teams receive equal quality regardless of how they join.
Clear, Fixed Pricing in Malaysian Ringgit
