Feedback From HR Teams and Employees

HR Manager · Shah Alam

"We ran the Lunch-and-Learn for our ops team back in April and the response was better than I expected. Staff actually stayed past their break to ask questions. The workbook was clear and didn't feel like something from a bank brochure — just straightforward, useful content."

"We're on the Workplace Programme Membership and I genuinely appreciate having someone I can call when structuring our wellbeing plan. Most providers just show up and leave. Prospera actually stays in the conversation. The content about EPF and PTPTN was specifically appreciated by our younger staff."

"The Enterprise Advisory was worth it for us because we needed something we could document properly for our annual wellbeing report. Prospera designed the curriculum, produced everything, and gave us certificates we could hand to participants. Leadership was satisfied with how it looked on paper, and staff actually attended."

"Our manufacturing workforce has a wide range of financial literacy levels. I was a bit worried about whether one session would work for everyone, but the facilitator handled the room really well — didn't talk down to anyone, kept examples relatable. Feedback from floor staff was more positive than from office staff, surprisingly."

"I've tested a few financial wellness providers and most bring something that feels like a financial planning pitch in disguise. Prospera's sessions are genuinely educational with nothing being sold. That's the whole point for us — we want staff to feel informed, not pressured. We've renewed our membership."

"We started with a Lunch-and-Learn to test the waters and ended up moving to the Enterprise Advisory in the same year. The feedback from our first session showed enough interest to justify the bigger investment. Prospera helped us make the case to leadership with the programme documentation they produced."

Getting Financial Wellness Off the Ground for a 400-Person Factory Team

Challenge

The HR team had included "financial wellness" in their wellbeing plan for two years but had no concrete programme in place. Leadership wanted something deliverable before year-end.

Approach

Prospera ran two Lunch-and-Learn sessions for different shift groups, with workbooks translated into Bahasa Malaysia for the second group. Total coordination time for HR was under four hours.

Outcome

88% of participants rated the content as "relevant to my daily money decisions." HR used the feedback report in their year-end wellbeing summary to leadership.

"We had been putting this off because it felt complicated to organise. It wasn't — Prospera handled most of it." — HR Manager

Building a Full Year Wellbeing Curriculum for a Services Firm

Challenge

A mid-size professional services firm wanted to build a structured annual wellbeing calendar with financial literacy as a core pillar, but didn't have internal expertise to design it.

Approach

Prospera's Enterprise Advisory designed a four-session curriculum, produced all HR materials in the firm's brand colours, and provided certificates for the 120 staff who participated.

Outcome

Attendance across four sessions averaged 78% of eligible staff. The curriculum was included in the firm's ESG and employee engagement report as a documented wellness initiative.

"The certificates made it feel like a real programme, not just a lunch talk. Staff took it more seriously." — People & Culture Lead
